RSVP FOR AN EVENT
Merriam-Webster: RSVP abbr [F répondez s'il vous plaît] please reply
Members and Guests must always RSVP to events by calling the PANG voice mailbox or by sending in your payment to attend a house party. In the comment section of your check, please specify the house party and date that you're paying for. We can add your name to the list if you send in an email as well. This allows the host to properly plan for the number of guests.
Unless stated otherwise, please RSVP no later than three days before the actual event. Some Gala events may require additional notification time. If you RSVP after that time, your attendance is subject to host approval and available space.
We recognize that individual schedules are subject to unforeseen changes. If you have reserved a spot at an event and you are unable to attend, please extend us the courtesy of calling and letting us know that your plans have changed. Space is often limited and this may allow someone else to attend in your absence.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Members: Driving directions are always posted in the member's area once you log into the website. If you have questions, please call and leave a message. You may also get free Door-to-door driving directions through MapQuest by clicking here.
EVENT FOOD POLICY
All food for a house party is supplied by the host(s). Beverages such as soda, water, and most of the time beer, unless noted otherwise, are also provided.
ATTEND AS A GUEST
Non-members may attend as a GUEST OF A MEMBER. This
member must be attending the house party or must be the host of the house
party. To attend as a guest, you must RSVP for a house party just as our
members do but you must list the member's name on your check.
WHAT TO BRING
Most guests just bring their BARE essentials. It is
recommended that guests bring a towel to sit on. If you're planning to
spend the night at the hosts party, it must be approved that the host is
allowing for overnight guests. You must bring some type of sleeping bag
or sleeping gear with you.
